Shiping Policy

Order Confirmation and Processing
Once you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging that we have received your request. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method and Payment
All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery. Please note that we currently accept only Cash on Delivery (COD). This means you will pay the full amount in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. No advance or online payments are required or accepted.

Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination:

  • Local Deliveries: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
  • Regional/Remote Areas: 5 to 8 business days
  • International Orders: 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance

We strive to deliver orders within the stated timeframes, but please allow for possible delays due to weather conditions, public holidays, customs processing, or courier service disruptions.

Shipping Availability
We offer nationwide and international shipping. If your location is not currently serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements or offer a full cancellation without any charges.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to you at the time of order confirmation. There are no hidden charges. In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply based on order value or ongoing offers.

Missed Deliveries
In case of a missed delivery, the courier service will attempt redelivery. If you are unreachable after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. You may contact us to arrange redelivery, but additional charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate the matter and offer a suitable solution, including replacement or return, as applicable.
